## About the Role

Preferred Education:

 * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Robotics, Physics, Biomechanical Engineering or related technical field.
 * Associate degree candidates or individuals with relevant technical experience will also be considered.

Preferred Experience:

 * Electronics troubleshooting
 * Mechanical assembly
 * Electrical systems
 * Technical support
 * Manufacturing equipment
 * Field service
 * Robotics or automation

Technical Skills:

 * Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
 * Familiarity with digital/analog electronics and electrical testing equipment.
 * Basic computer and networking knowledge.
 * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Provide technical support to customers, distributors, dealers, and Field Service Engineers.
 * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, software, and system-related issues.
 * Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
 * Document troubleshooting activities and recommend corrective actions.
 * Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to improve products.

Installation & Field Service Development

 * Progress into installing, configuring, and commissioning X-ray systems at healthcare facilities.
 * Perform mechanical assembly, electrical connections, system testing, and calibration.
 * Train customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
 * Travel throughout North America alongside experienced engineers.
