Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field preferred. * Five or more years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations or business applications. * Experience developing integrations between multiple business systems. * Experience designing and supporting integrations with ERP, accounting, financial, or other enterprise business systems. * Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial data flows. * Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, REST APIs, ETL, and cloud-based integrations. * Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions preferred. ## Description The Enterprise Integration Engineer designs, develops, and continuously improves the enterprise integrations and custom applications that connect Fraley & Schilling's enterprise systems. Partnering closely with the Director of Continuous Improvement, this position develops reliable technical solutions that improve business processes, automate workflows, and ensure secure, scalable movement of data across the organization. This position plays a key role in shaping the organization's custom applications and integrations by developing new solutions, supporting and enhancing existing systems, participating in peer code reviews, and helping eliminate single points of technical dependency across business-critical applications.
