SE II: 3+ years; SE III: 7+ years. Emphasis on system-of-systems breadth over single-system depth. * Integration & liaison: Coordinate across organizations and project leads; translate requirements into engineering action; lead or support technical discussions. * Clearance: Active SECRET (required). U.S. citizenship required. * Work / travel: Nearly fully remote, US-based; minimum 25% travel, domestic & international, including OCONUS partner-nation sites., * C4I program interface experience: C2, air/surface search radars, long-range cameras, UHF/VHF/HF comms, MDA, Aerostat, UAS, Sonar, Communications Vehicles, Microwave Towers. * Field engineering: site surveys, installation and integration, and SOVT at OCONUS locations. * C2 / COP systems (GCCS-M / GCCS-J) and tactical data links (Link 16/11, JREAP). * FMS experience (LOAs, DSCA, COCOMs, Navy IPO, Embassy teams); Spanish preferred; senior-stakeholder briefing experience. Compensation & Logistics * Level / type: Systems Engineer II or III (by experience); full-time, salaried (exempt)., * Bachelor's (Required) ## Description OmicronVis is seeking a C2 Systems Engineer to support the National Maritime Surveillance System (NMSS) and related FMS efforts for partner nations in the USSOUTHCOM area of responsibility. Working under the Lead Engineer and alongside each Project Lead, the engineer integrates capabilities across multiple C4I disciplines into a cohesive System of Systems (SoS) architecture. This is an integration- and liaison-focused, client-facing role with a field-engineer character; breadth and integration ability matter more than depth in any single system., * Integrate project capabilities across C4I disciplines (C2, MDA, Aerostat, UAS, Sonar, Communications Vehicles, Microwave Towers) into a System of Systems architecture. * Support the Case Manager and Lead Engineer across the lifecycle: requirements, analysis of alternatives, integration, test, training, installation, contracting, and budget execution. * Translate partner-nation requirements and Information Exchange Requirements (IERs) into actionable engineering coordination. * Brief external stakeholders, including Combatant Commanders, Joint Services, the Security Cooperation community, USG agencies, industry, and Partner-Nation representatives. * Build and sustain trusted relationships with government stakeholders and Partner-Nation representatives. ## Related Videos - [Robots are coming into the wild!
