## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
 * 10+ years of hands-on experience in C/.NET development.
 * Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
 * Experience working in the healthcare domain, including familiarity with claims, eligibility, or EHR/EMR systems.
 * Understanding of data security and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
 * Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment., * Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or HIPAA 27x EDI transactions.
 * Knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, and RESTful API development.
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD tools.
 * Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 * Experience with data transformation or ETL pipelines.

## Description

* Develop and maintain applications and services using C and .NET framework (.NET Core/.NET 6+ preferred).
 * Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
 * Design, implement, and support relational database structures (SQL Server or similar).
 * Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Work on the integration of external healthcare systems, APIs, and data feeds (e.g., HL7, FHIR, EDI 27x).
 * Ensure application security, performance, and compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs, performance issues, and production incidents.
 * Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and deployment planning.
