The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business process analysis, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and change management within ERP environments. This role will work closely with business stakeholders across multiple functional areas to understand existing workflows, identify opportunities for process optimization, evaluate where Artificial Intelligence (AI) can improve efficiency, and create high-quality process documentation that will serve as the foundation for ERP implementation. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Facilitate discovery workshops, interviews, and working sessions with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). * Document end-to-end current-state business processes, including process variations, exceptions, decision points, and dependencies. * Analyze existing business processes to identify operational pain points, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, risks, and process gaps. * Evaluate business processes and recommend opportunities where AI, automation, or digital technologies can improve operational efficiency and decision-making. * Assess organizational readiness and identify areas where change management efforts will be required to support future ERP implementation. * Develop professional business process documentation including: * Process Flow Diagrams * Swimlane Diagrams * Workflow Documentation * Process Narratives * Business Process Maps * Gap Analysis Documentation * Collaborate with project leadership to develop project plans, work breakdown structures, timelines, and deliverables. * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to validate business requirements and ensure documentation accuracy. * Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. * Prepare executive summaries, presentations, status reports, and stakeholder communications. * Assist with future-state process design and ERP solution planning activities.
