Moderate noise (i.e.; computer printers, traffic) exists daily in the work environment. ## Description The CRM Platform Owner is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision, roadmap, governance, and continuous evolution of the company's global CRM ecosystem. This leader partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure CRM capabilities accelerate revenue growth, improve customer engagement, enhance data-driven decision making, and support long-term digital transformation initiatives. The role balances business strategy, product ownership, technology leadership, and organizational change management across a global organization. Job Model: Hybrid (2-3 days per week on-site) Hybrid positions will require employees to work both on-site and remote each week under a schedule that has been determined and agreed upon by you and your manager.
