## Description

* Troubleshoot incoming phone calls relating to IT tickets
 * Troubleshooting computers, printers, and connectivity issues
 * Enter data into system
 * Answers questions from customers or directs them to the person who is able to assist them
 * Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system and/or any other resource to rectify them
 * Able to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under stressful conditions
