Agents are now the dominant production workload: long-running, multi-model, tool-calling, and cost-sensitive. Agent builders pick models per step - small models for speed, reasoning models for hard steps, code models for code - and they care about latency, token cost, KV-cache behavior, and reliability. Your job is to show them how to build and run that loop on Token Factory and the open stack around it, including Tavily for agentic search. This is a hands-on role. You'll sit next to product and engineering, build agent demos, run workshops, write practical guides, and talk daily with developers who have strong opinions about how agents should run in production. If you like moving fast, wearing multiple hats, and turning deep technical work into something builders actually use, this role is for you. You are welcome to work remotely from the United States. Your responsibilities will include: * Help agent builders discover, adopt and use Token Factory for production agent workloads. * Build demos and reference agents that show real tradeoffs: model routing, latency, token cost, KV-cache hit rates, reliability. * Show how the pieces fit: open models, tool use, MCP, agent frameworks, Tavily, evals. * Run hands-on workshops and present at developer events and conferences. * Gather direct feedback from agent builders and bring it back to product and engineering. * Work with marketing to share real builder stories and use cases. ## Related Videos - [How I saved 200K/yr in direct costs writing 0 code lines in K8s](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1055-how-i-saved-200k-yr-in-direct-costs-writing-0-code-lines-in-k8s) - [Designing and Deploying Distributed Multimodal Multi-Agent Systems with Google's AI Stac](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1976-designing-and-deploying-distributed-multimodal-multi-agent-systems-with-google-s-ai-stac) - [Unleashing the Power of Developers: Why Cybersecurity is the Missing Piece?!?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/712-unleashing-the-power-of-developers-why-cybersecurity-is-the-missing-piece) - [Agentic AI: building autonomous systems for developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100034-agentic-ai-building-autonomous-systems-for-developers) - [AI Killed DevOps...
