You'll take ownership of complex, high-impact frontend initiatives end-to-end, set technical direction for our frontend architecture, and mentor engineers across the team. This role is ideal for an engineer who wants to shape how we build software, not just build it - someone who combines deep technical expertise with the judgment to know what's worth building. It is also critical to have a team-focused attitude so we can learn, grow, and succeed together. This position is based in Indianapolis, IN, and requires the candidate to be local, as remote work is not available. We are also unable to provide sponsorship for employment opportunities.
