## About the Role

* 1-3 years of IT support or help desk experience
 * Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
 * Basic networking skills: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, wireless
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (onsite client visits required)

Preferred:

 * Experience supporting business VoIP systems (e.g., configuration, call flow, troubleshooting)
 * Familiarity with RMM/PSA platforms (for remote management, ticketing, etc.)
 * Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (email, Teams, SharePoint)
 * Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) platforms
 * Experience supporting antivirus/EDR, backup solutions, and remote access tools
 * Exposure to scripting (PowerShell, Bash) or automation tools
 * Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or supporting multiple clients
 * Basic knowledge of IT documentation tools and service delivery best practices

## Description

* Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users at client sites
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, networks, mobile devices, and cloud services
 * Set up and configure new devices, user accounts, email, and access controls
 * Support workstation imaging, patching, antivirus/EDR, and backup systems
 * Participate in hardware installations, office moves, and project deployments
 * Maintain documentation of client environments, tickets, and procedures
 * Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior technicians or engineers
