## Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team in a technical support capacity. This position involves providing exceptional support and assistance to our clients and internal staff, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems., * Provide first-line support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and in-person.

 * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
 * Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems.
 * Document support requests and resolutions to build a knowledge base.
 * Collaborate with other IT team members to improve service delivery.
 * Conduct training sessions for staff on software and hardware usage.
