## About the Role

* Familiarity with tablet workflows, SQL background knowledge, Windows OS, and custom software systems.
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience with remote desktop tools and basic networking., * High school or equivalent (Preferred)

## Description

* Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (e.g., printer setup, sync failures, license errors).
 * Guide users through updates, resets, and configuration changes.
 * Support real-time communication setups and batch syncing.
 * Document support interactions and resolutions in time billing logs.
 * Assist with training and onboarding for new users.
 * Onsite training with customers is a typical occurrence so flexibility to travel is a BIG plus.
