## Description

SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As a Financial Systems and Processes Manager, you will lead the design, implement, and optimize financial systems and related business processes. This role bridges finance and technology, ensuring systems align with business needs, internal controls, and compliance requirements. You will collaborate across departments to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in financial operations., * Lead system upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations with minimal business disruption.

 * Identify and resolve process inefficiencies in partnership with Finance leadership.
 * Maintain documentation for financial processes, workflows, and internal controls.

 * Cross-Functional Collaboration

 * Act as liaison between Finance, IT, and third-party vendors for system-related initiatives.
 * Promote adoption of financial systems through training, communication, and user support.

 * Compliance & Reporting

 * Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, and data security standards.
 * Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide actionable insights.
