You will combine manufacturing engineering expertise, project management, and process excellence to partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Your mission: evolve our methods, documentation, and designs to strengthen efficiency, reliability, manufacturability, and cost across product families. Impact you'll drive * Champion advanced troubleshooting and root cause approaches with measurable, recorded results. * Provide direct, day-to-day support to Operations to keep lines running and improving. * Own projects end-to-end-from development to delivery-with accountability for long-term cost, quality, and delivery outcomes. * Qualify and validate production equipment and special processes to ensure capability and compliance. * Engineer robust processes and verify capability aligns with business requirements. * Create clear work instructions and training documents that sustain manufacturing proficiency. * Leverage statistical and financial analysis to uncover trends and opportunities to improve quality and reduce cost, lead time, and scrap. * Deploy Lean and Theory of Constraints to optimize cells, workflows, and teams against defined KPIs. * Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate and implement new manufacturing concepts, tooling, and equipment; build and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
