The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery (DR), Continuity of Operations (COOP), ServiceNow BCM/IRM, NIST compliance, FISMA, and enterprise resilience programs., * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field. * Minimum 12+ years of IT experience. * Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Public Trust Clearance. * Experience working in large enterprise IT environments including: * + Data Centers + Mainframes + Open Systems + Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure * Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management (BCM). * Experience performing Business Impact Analysis (BIA). * Experience with Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing. * Experience supporting Continuity of Operations (COOP). * Hands-on experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow BCM. * Hands-on experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM). * Experience configuring ServiceNow BCM and migrating recovery plans. * Experience supporting enterprise BCM and DR initiatives. * Knowledge of: * + NIST SP 800-53 + NIST SP 800-34 + Federal Continuity Directives (FCD) + FISMA * Experience using Microsoft Project and SharePoint. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
