## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
 * Experience analyzing manufacturing, engineering, or operational data preferred.
 * Proficiency with SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI or Tableau.
 * Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, relational databases, and ERP systems.
 * Experience with Snowflake or cloud platforms is a plus.
 * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

## Description

We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing company seeking a Data Analyst within Manufacturing & Engineering to support engineering and plant operations through data-driven insights. This role will analyze operational and financial data, develop dashboards, identify process improvements, and help optimize manufacturing performance.

What You'll Do

 * Analyze manufacturing, maintenance, production, utility, and engineering data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
 * Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (preferred) or similar BI tools.
 * Support capital projects through cost analysis, ROI modeling, and budget tracking.
 * Clean, validate, and integrate data from multiple sources.
 * Partner with Engineering and Operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
