As the Application Reliability Lead, you'll helm a Tier 3 support and enhancement team responsible for over 60 mission-critical applications-spanning internal operations and customer-facing experiences. What You'll Own

 * Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and mentorship to a blended team of employees and contractors.
 * Agile Execution: Champion agile practices to accelerate issue resolution and deliver enhancements with speed and precision.
 * System Modernization: Spearhead efforts to refactor and replatform legacy systems for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability.
 * Team Development: Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management to build a resilient and collaborative team culture.
 * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships across development, business, and vendor teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.
 * Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent documentation, support processes, and service quality across the portfolio.
