Master's Degree in a related field

Minimum Work Experience

Combination of education and experience preferred. Outpatient / Inpatient Psychiatric Care and experience with PHP / IOP Programming

Required License

California Licensed - ACSW, AMFT, LPCC, and or LMFT or LCSW

Must pass pre-employment background check & post-offer physical/urine drug screen & TB /PPD test.

## Description

To provide psychotherapeutic services in an outpatient setting to patients and their families (adult and adolescent programs). Conduct psychosocial assessments, groups and discharge planning. Serve as a member of interdisciplinary team supporting organization's treatment program and philosophy, assuring the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their families. This position will service our evening treatment programs

Responsibilities

 - Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for adolescents & Adults in Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
 - Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities
 - Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
 - Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
 - Provide crisis intervention and support to adolescents with mental health challenges.
 - Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
