This role blends strategy and execution-translating business needs into scalable technology solutions while driving cross-functional teams to deliver results for example; project on-time delivery and within budget parameters. You'll manage a wide range of initiatives including ERP upgrades, SaaS integrations, network modernization, and cloud migrations. Success requires a balance of analytical thinking, strong project management, and the ability to lead with clarity and urgency in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities . Project Management * Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects-scoping, planning, execution, and delivery. * Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources. * Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and MSPs to achieve project outcomes. * Manage risks, dependencies, and changes proactively. * Provide clear communication on project progress, milestones, and results. * Facilitate sprint planning, "stand-ups", sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Maintain and prioritize a backlog of business and technical enhancements. * Define and align sprint goals with business priorities to ensure delivery of incremental value. * Foster a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
