## About the Role

* 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
 * Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce in an enterprise environment.
 * Hands-on experience with:
 * Salesforce Flows
 * Custom Objects
 * Custom Fields
 * Reports & Dashboards
 * Security & Permission Management
 * Automation & Workflow Design
 * Experience supporting CRM implementation, modernization, or migration initiatives.
 * Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Experience supporting Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce platform best practices and declarative development tools.
 * Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience migrating from Oracle Sales Cloud to Salesforce.
 * Experience supporting large-scale CRM data migration efforts.
 * Experience working with complex data models and highly customized CRM environments.
 * Salesforce Administrator Certification.
 * Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
 * Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
 * Experience with Apex development.
 * Experience working within sales, account management, or customer relationship management organizations.
 * Experience supporting enterprise CRM transformation initiatives.

## Description

* Support a large-scale migration from Oracle Sales Cloud to Salesforce CRM.
 * Partner with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes and design future-state Salesforce solutions.
 * Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, custom objects, custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, and automation tools.
 * Help architect business processes and workflows that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
 * Collaborate with data migration resources to map, validate, and optimize data moving from Oracle Sales Cloud into Salesforce.
 * Support integrations with external platforms including Fiserv, PerformLine, Qvidian, Zeta, and other business applications.
 * Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that support business operations and leadership visibility.
 * Participate in platform design discussions and recommend best practices for scalable Salesforce implementations.
 * Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support throughout the migration lifecycle.
 * Document configurations, workflows, integrations, and technical solutions.
