## Description

* Understand and enforce current architecture, design standards, and ETL best practices across the program.
 * Lead design sessions with client SMEs.
 * Contribute hands-on to ETL builds, data modeling, and Snowflake development; review and approve all code prior to environment promotion.
 * Own delivery management includes scope breakdown, milestone tracking, and risk and dependency management.
 * Manage a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, and QA resources; Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client leads; lead status meetings, milestone readouts, and scope discussions.
 * Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and obtain client sign-off prior to environment promotion.
 * Build reusable frameworks and contribute to automation assessments with client-approved recommendations
