 * 3+ years of software architecture or technical leadership experience
 * Experience designing and delivering enterprise scale applications
 * Proficiency in multiple tools across the full stack including frontend frameworks, databases, cloud platforms, and deployment technologies
 * Experience with a variety of programming languages including JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, Python, and Node.js
 * Experience implementing and promoting Test Driven Development practices
 * Experience with relational and NoSQL database technologies
 * Experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms
 * Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and evaluate new technologies
 * Strong problem solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
 * Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or other cloud providers
 * Experience designing microservices, distributed systems, and cloud native architectures preferred

## Description

The Software Architect is responsible for defining application architecture, establishing development standards, guiding engineering teams, and evaluating emerging technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical depth who can translate complex business requirements into practical and innovative technology solutions.
Responsibilities:

 * Design and develop enterprise software architecture for complex business applications
 * Define architectural standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices
 * Lead technical design sessions and architecture reviews
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
 * Guide development teams through implementation and deployment activities
 * Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and cloud services
 * Ensure applications meet security, performance, availability, and scalability requirements
 * Drive adoption of Test Driven Development and modern software engineering practices
 * Mentor software engineers and provide technical leadership across multiple initiatives
