 * Prior law firm, engineering, or industry experience preferred.
 * USPTO registration required for all candidates.
 * JD and active state bar admission required for Patent Associate candidates.

## Description

Direct Counsel represents an AmLaw 100 firm seeking an experienced Patent Agent or Patent Associate to join its nationally recognized Electrical Engineering & Computer Science Patent Prosecution practice., * Draft, file, and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications.

 * Manage patent portfolios for innovative technology companies across a diverse client base.
 * Prepare high-quality patent applications involving:

 * Graphics Processing Units (GPUs)
 * Tensor Processing Units (TPUs)
 * AI accelerators and neural engines
 * Robotics circuitry and actuators
 * Electrical engineering and software technologies
 * Work closely with inventors and in-house counsel to develop strategic patent protection.
