Nice to have: * Network scripting experience * Project management and technical leadership experience * Advanced certifications ## Description * Provide Tier 3 (highest level) support for troubleshooting and resolving IP backbone and customer routing issues. * Design, engineer, and implement scalable network solutions to support customer needs and critical backbone architectures. * Support and collaborate with a team of 6-7 network engineers. * Act as a technical escalation point for complex network incidents and outages.. * Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures. * Create training materials and provide knowledge transfer to engineering and NOC teams. * Ensure network designs meet reliability, performance, and security standards. * Support ongoing network optimization, upgrades, and architectural improvements. * Participate in project execution, planning, and cross team coordination as needed., Innova Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
