The role manages hardware tasking through JIRA, ServiceNow (SNOW), and NLYTE while performing engineering reviews, site surveys, installation coordination, and break/fix maintenance across multiple operational locations., Ticketing, Tracking & Coordination * Manage hardware-related JIRA, ServiceNow (SNOW), and NLYTE tickets; maintain accurate status and provide regular customer updates. * Review deployment packages submitted by customers, resolving inconsistencies and ensuring technical accuracy. * Prepare documentation required for equipment shipment and staging approvals (e.g., MDATs, TOEs). Hardware Planning & Engineering Support * Plan hardware project phases including scheduling, budgeting, integration timelines, and technical performance maturation. * Support systems engineering teams by developing, validating, and updating hardware drawing packages and configuration documentation. * Prepare specifications, functional requirements, and technical design packages for hardware acquisitions and site installations. Installation & Sustainment * Organize and lead hardware installations at CONUS and OCONUS sites. * Conduct site surveys, assess site unique requirements, and prepare engineering plans and as built documentation. * Configure computers, networking devices, communications hardware, and peripheral equipment. * Perform break/fix support, preventive maintenance, sustainment, and replacement of failed hardware. * Troubleshoot issues on-site and coordinate with multiple organizations while on TDY assignments.
