This role will drive the organization's identity strategy, strengthen its Zero Trust security posture, and partner closely with Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, DevOps, and IT teams to embed secure identity practices across the technology environment., Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IAM engineers. Define and execute the enterprise IAM strategy, including identity lifecycle management, RBAC, PAM, and access governance. Design and manage workload identity solutions using technologies such as SPIFFE/SPIRE, PKI, and mTLS. Oversee certificate lifecycle management and PKI operations. Drive Zero Trust identity initiatives across hybrid cloud and enterprise environments. Partner with engineering teams to integrate IAM into CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and platform architecture. Establish identity governance, least-privilege access, and entitlement management practices.
