 * Hands-on experience with IBM CloudPak for Data (CP4D) Version 4.5
 * Advanced SQL and PL/SQL programming skills
 * Strong experience with Oracle, DB2 database platforms
 * Strong background in data transformation and data engineering
 * Significant experience with Data Modeling
 * Experience designing and supporting large-scale batch processing environments
 * Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and data validation skills
 * Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
 * Familiarity with CDC (Change Data Capture) technologies

Desired skills:

 * Experience in a fast-paced Agile Development Environment
 * Experience with Cloud
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
 * Familiarity with data replication, CDC, and real-time integration technologies
 * Experience supporting mission-critical financial or enterprise data platforms
 * Knowledge of data governance, SOX controls, and audit requirements
 * Experience with Cockroach or MemSQL is a plus
 * Experience with Python-based scripting is a plus
 * Knowledge of Oracle Golden Gate is a plus
