* 12+ to 15 years of experience with C#/.NET development.
 * Strong hands on experience with Azure cloud services and cloud native architectures.
 * Proven ability to design and deploy scalable APIs and microservices.
 * Experience improving system performance, availability, and scalability.
 * 5+ with databases (SQL, Azure Data Explorer).
 * Expertise in working on a product that has both a cloud service and also a client components
 * Experience in designing, building, and operating large-scale resilient distributed systems.
 * Experience/familiarity with application and system monitoring systems.
 * Solid understanding of Azure networking, identity, and security fundamentals.
 * Experience with CI/CD, ARM, and automated deployments.
 * Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (AKS or Kubernetes).
 * Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast paced environments.
 * hands-on experience on Azure Service Bus and Azure Devops, * Experience with event driven architectures and messaging systems.
 * Knowledge of distributed caching, performance tuning, and observability tools.
 * Exposure to DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering practices.
 * Azure certifications are a plus
