Desire to implement adaptive continuous improvement culture with some support from Sr Director Process Design. * Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptive mindset, and a deep understanding of the energy sector and relevant technologies. Background in utilizing Value engineering or Lean methodology tools (5S, Kaizen events, value stream mapping, work standardization, PSRs) and leading teams in continuous improvement exercises is valuable but not mandatory. Should have a data-driven approach to managing performance, creating accountability and driving continuous improvement. * Domain expertise: Experience and knowledge of renewable energy products and industry landscape. Deep experience working in a new product / project development or major transformation is required. * Communication and planning: Strong communication skills and confidence with executive presentations. History of collaborative engagement with subject matter experts in project & program planning, with strong understanding of dependencies and ability to communicate them simply and easily. Effective problem solver with an emphasis on defining robust action plans and ability to pivot when / if something is not working out as planned. History of leading projects & programs without direct oversight of teams. Must be a strong facilitator with great interpersonal skills and have a very collaborative mindset. Ability to work independently, as a team member, and across the organization with colleagues at any level in a fast-paced environment. ## Description The Senior Manager/Director, Transformation Program Manager leads enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that drive strategic business objectives, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable business value. This role is responsible for defining and executing complex, cross-functional transformation programs that create scale, operating leverage, and improved operational performance across the organization. Partnering closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and functional teams, the Transformation Program Manager develops and oversees the execution plans for transformation roadmaps and delivery strategies that align process, technology, and change management activities with organizational priorities. The role proactively identifies and manages program risks, dependencies, and performance barriers, implementing mitigation strategies to support successful delivery against business objectives, key performance indicators, and long-term adoption goals. In addition, the Transformation Program Manager establishes effective operating rhythms, facilitates transparent communication among stakeholders, customers, and project teams, and drives accountability for results. Through fostering collaboration, innovation, knowledge sharing, and informed decision-making, this position enables the successful execution of the organization's most critical and complex transformation initiatives while ensuring lasting organizational impact and sustainable change., * Program Planning and Coordination: Develop and maintain integrated transformation program plans that align strategic objectives, workstreams, resources, milestones, and dependencies. Coordinate activities across business functions to ensure program execution remains aligned with organizational priorities and delivers intended business outcomes. * Delivery Oversight and Execution Management: Provide end-to-end oversight of transformation initiatives, monitoring progress against milestones, objectives, and key performance indicators. Drive execution discipline, remove barriers to delivery, and ensure program outcomes are achieved within established timelines and quality expectations. * Governance and Controls: Establish and manage fit for purpose program governance frameworks, including decision-making structures, reporting mechanisms, escalation processes, and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with organizational standards while providing transparency into program status, risks, and progress. Spans both vendor and internal resources. Drives a transition from reactive execution to controlled execution models. * Vendor and Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal and external resources required to support program delivery, including consultants, vendors, contractors, and subject matter experts. Ensure resources are aligned to priorities, effectively utilized, and accountable for delivery commitments. * Stakeholder Management and Communications: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and functional teams. Develop communication strategies that provide clear visibility into program objectives, progress, decisions, risks, and business impacts while driving alignment and stakeholder engagement. Translates organizational ambiguity into actionable execution strategies. * Financial Tracking: Monitor program budgets, forecasts, and expenditures to ensure effective financial stewardship. Track and report on financial performance, resource utilization, business benefits, and investment outcomes while identifying opportunities to improve value realization. Connects delivery execution trends to enterprise budget risk. * Testing Readiness and Deployment Coordination: Coordinate organizational readiness activities required for successful implementation, including testing + training bandwidth across initiatives, consolidated programmatic deployment planning, business readiness alignment, and cutover activities (including risk definition and mitigation). Ensure solutions are prepared for adoption and can be operationalized effectively within the business. * Risk and Dependency Management: Identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and cross-functional dependencies. Develop mitigation strategies, facilitate resolution of complex challenges, and escalate critical concerns as appropriate to maintain program success. Manages operational risk AND delivery risk while identifying organization fragility and scalability concerns. Anticipates long term operational impacts of short term delivery decisions. * Team Coordination and Delivery Support: Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams by establishing operating rhythms, clarifying responsibilities, supporting issue resolution, and promoting accountability. Foster an environment that encourages transparency, problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Act as de facto delivery leader without formal authority. * Scope and Requirements Coordination: Manage evolving transformation scope and business requirements across multiple stakeholders and workstreams. Facilitate prioritization and scope management discussions, balancing strategic objectives with organizational capacity, operational realities, timelines, and long-term sustainability.
