Skill Requirements: o Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and sensitivity to cultural and individual differences in donors, staff, and board members. o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to interpret donor data, recognize trends, and make sound recommendations. o Ability to build effective professional working relationships internally and externally. o Presents him or herself outside FaithBridge in a manner in keeping with the firm's core values and guiding principles. o Effective oral and written communication skills. o Ability to handle donor related matters in a professional, diplomatic, and confidential manner. o Ability to organize and execute responsibilities in an independent manner. General Expectations: o This position is based at the company headquarters in Alpharetta, GA; hybrid work schedule required. o Flexibility to travel infrequently and work evenings and weekends. o Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. ## Description FaithBridge Foster Care, Georgia's largest Christ-centered foster care agency (a non-profit organization) located in metro Atlanta, is excited to present the opportunity of the Donor Database Specialist. This position assists in Development operations, CRM strategy, and donor engagement processes across the Development team. The role manages donor data systems, oversees gift processing and acknowledgment, conducts prospect research, and leads donation reporting efforts.
