In this role, you will lead a team to design, implement, test and institutionalize capabilities across multiple entities within our global footprint. Your mandate is to ensure we build best-in-class business capabilities-streamlining financial operations, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and driving process discipline and change adoption across the organization. This leader will serve as the business owner for our ERP transformation. In this role, you will lead the business workstream for D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation, ensuring functional requirements are clearly defined, end-to-end business processes are documented, user testing is completed with discipline, and capabilities are delivered that meet the needs of the business. What you'll get to do: * Lead Business Transformation: Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of core business processes through D365 F&O, ensuring alignment across key processes including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, logistics, and record-to-report cycles. * Business Validation & End-User Testing: Lead business validation activities and end-user testing efforts to ensure technology solutions deliver intended business outcomes. Develop cross-functional test scenarios, execute UAT test scripts, and engage subject matter experts to validate test outcomes as needed. * Execution & Delivery: Accountable for the successful and timely delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives.
