## Description

Our client is seeking IT Help Desk Technicians to provide technical support for users in Latham and Hudson, NY. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting abilities, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in supporting day-to-day technology needs.

The IT Help Desk Technician will respond to support requests, diagnose technical problems, and assist users with hardware and software issues., * Respond to incoming technical support requests from users.

 * Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
 * Assist users with account access, password resets, and basic system questions.
 * Install, configure, and support computers, peripheral devices, and related equipment.
 * Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
 * Escalate complex technical issues when additional assistance is required.
 * Communicate technical information clearly to users with varying levels of experience.
 * Maintain organized and accurate technical support records.
 * Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the support process.
