Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Network Operations Engineer - **Company:** Denken Solutions - **Location:** Scottsdale, AZ, United States - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Amazon Web Services, JIRA, User Authentication, Bash Shell, Cloud Computing, CompTIA Network+, Databases, Linux, Domain Name System (DNS), Monitoring of Systems, IBM Service Management Framework, Identity and Access Management, Python (Programming Language), Live Connect (Windows), Networking Basics, Reliability Engineering, TCP/IP, Datadog, Scripting, Computer Networking Systems, Computer Network Operations, Cloud Platform System, Grafana, Reliability of Systems, Juniper, Information Technology, Cisco, Pagerduty, Servicenow - **Published:** July 26, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.careerjet.com/jobad/us591381ddceeba8077d67a088a1ba5216 ## About the Role * Experience: 5+ years in a NOC, SOC, TechOps, or similar structured operations environment, with a strong understanding of incident management lifecycles and SLAs. * Infrastructure Monitoring: Proven experience monitoring enterprise networks, cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), and critical databases. * Core Services: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, authentication services EntraID, OpenAuth, SSL/TLS and general networking. * Tooling: Proficiency with modern monitoring and observability platforms (e.g., Grafana, Datadog, Kentik, Logic Monitor, or similar alert management systems). * Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey critical technical issues clearly during high-pressure situations. * Availability: Willing and able to work 100% on-site in Scottsdale, AZ on an assigned shift that includes at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week, including holiday coverage as scheduled., * Experience with ticketing and incident management systems such as Incident.io, Pagerduty, Opsgenie, ServiceNow and JIRA. * Basic scripting for operational tasks (Python, Bash). * Linux fundamentals. * ITIL or comparable incident/service management framework familiarity. * CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications. * Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or similar vendor-specific networking certifications (e.g., Juniper JNCIA). ## Description * Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer. * Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ | 5 days in office. * Shifts: Day, Swing or Overnight; at least 1 weekend day. * Client is building the future of autonomous mobility, and our robotaxis are on the road serving riders. * Behind every ride is a set of critical live services and this role is the first line of defense for keeping them healthy. * We are establishing a 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) in Scottsdale, AZ to provide continuous "eyes on glass" monitoring of the infrastructure supporting Client Robotaxi Operations. * As a NOC Engineer, you will actively monitor networks, cloud environments, databases, and authentication systems, triage alerts, and execute swift escalation procedures to keep live robotaxi operations running smoothly. * You will also work directly with our SRE team to turn what you observe on shift into lasting reliability improvements., * Continuous Monitoring: Provide proactive, 24x7 monitoring of the critical IT services, networks, and infrastructure supporting Client Robotaxi Operations from the Scottsdale operations center. * Incident Triage & Response: Acknowledge, investigate, and triage system alerts.
