Telecommunications Service Management (TSM): * Configure and customize ServiceNow TSM applications. * Support telecom service catalog, service inventory, service lifecycle management, and service fulfillment processes. * Implement telecom-specific workflows for provisioning, activation, service modifications, and decommissioning. * Configure telecom products, service offerings, and customer service workflows. Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM): * Implement TSOM capabilities for network operations and service assurance. * Configure service topology and dependency mapping. * Support event correlation, incident management, alarm management, and root cause analysis. * Develop automated remediation workflows for telecom incidents and outages. * Support telecom network inventory and operational dashboards. Integrations: * Develop REST and SOAP integrations with OSS/BSS systems. * Integrate ServiceNow with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Cisco DNA Center, and similar platforms. * Develop integrations with CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and external telecom applications. * Configure Integration Hub and MID Server components. CMDB & Discovery: * Configure and maintain CMDB data models. * Support Discovery and Service Mapping implementations. * Ensure accurate CI relationships and telecom service mapping. * Maintain CMDB health and data quality. Automation: * Develop workflows using Flow Designer. * Automate telecom operational processes. * Implement orchestration and approval workflows. * Support automated provisioning and ticket routing. Collaboration: * Work closely with solution architects and business analysts. * Participate in Agile ceremonies. * Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards. * Mentor junior developers when required.
