## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
 * 3+ years of experience delivering interface design solutions for various clients, including interactive wireframes, user flows, style guides, presentations or complex web and/or mobile prototypes.
 * 3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Rapid prototyping tools like Invision, Axure, or Basalmiq
 * Experience in conducting user interviews to drive discovery and presenting design prototypes to client stakeholders
 * An online portfolio or samples of work showcasing great visuals and problem

Bonus points if:

 * Degree is a Design Focused program
 * 1-2 years of User Interface Design experience with digital platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, Appian, Dynamics or Tableau)
 * Industry certifications in business process, Agile, and CRM platforms.
 * 9+ samples of work ?

Eligibility Requirements:

 * US Citizenship required, dual citizens not eligible

## Description

* Deliver UX design solutions in a client-facing role for a variety of projects that include custom and/or digital platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, Appian, Dynamics)
 * Create clear Web and digital experiences for primarily government clients
 * Work directly with both external clients and internal, cross-functional teams on projects that range from a few weeks to a few months in length
 * Promote best practices in UI, UX, and interaction design
