In addition to a base salary, this position offers a competitive bonus plan. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon several factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or licenses/certifications. ## Description Weichert Co is hiring a Data Management Specialist to work out of our Morris Plains office. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office. The Data Management Specialist is responsible for performing data entry and database processing for recruiting purposes. The position is also responsible for maintaining the recruiting CRM and other databases. The position provides clerical support to Talent Acquisition team., Downloads targeted information from various recruiting systems and databases. Ensures that the downloaded files are formatted properly for upload into CRM and/or other recruiting systems. Works with the recruiting team to provide clerical assistance, including inputting prospects and assigning leads. Provides administrative support for the Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruiting Specialist team. Assists with special projects as assigned by management.
