Buckeye wants to create and reward an organizational focus that stimulates the creative and entrepreneurial actions of its employees that result in innovative ways of reducing costs, generating revenues, improving productivity, or improving processes. ## Description The Analyst II, Leak Detection role is responsible for supporting the planning, development, installation, and maintenance of the Computational Pipeline Monitoring (CPM) system and related applications that support Buckeye's real time pipeline operations., * CPM System Program Support. Support program of cyclic review of CPM models and alarm thresholds. Follow procedures and provide supporting documentation to ensure leak detection models are configured correctly and provide control center personnel with accurate information for identifying and responding to potential leak indications. * Leak Detection and Batch Tracking System Support. Support the Leak Detection and Batch Tracking system including configuration, instrumentation/equipment recommendations, pipeline parameters, threshold evaluation, troubleshooting analysis, training, and vendor contact. * Leak Investigation Support. Assist the Control Center and Field Operations in the investigation of credible leak indications. * Project Support. Support ongoing pipeline project work as it pertains to leak detection and batch tracking, as well as internal SCADA and CPM software/hardware upgrade projects. * Maintenance. Maintaining existing CPM hardware including servers & workstations. * Training. Complete and maintain Operator Qualification (OQ) training for CPM system maintenance, and other training as necessary. * R&D. Attend industry conferences and trade shows to keep abreast of new industry tools, technologies and methodologies for SCADA and Leak Detection. Support the application of new technologies within the CPM system to meet organizational needs. * User Support. Provide On-Call support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on a rotational basis. * Other duties as assigned., * This position requires the ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and or/quantitative productivity standards. * This role requires the ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. * This position requires compliance with all personnel policies.
