As the Senior Data Analyst, you will be focused on leveraging SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify opportunities, optimize key metrics, and measure performance across the organization. If you are a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of data, analysis, and strategy, we'd like to meet you., * 3+ years' experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role. * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science/Analytics) or equivalent experience. * Able to commute to the Dedham, MA office 3 days/week. * Proficient in SQL for data querying and transformation. * Skilled in Python - for advanced analysis and automation, including building and running machine learning models. * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Omni, Sigma). * Strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
