 * Experience with testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, controls, automation, systems integration, or related technical disciplines
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
 * Excellent communication and documentation skills
 * Willingness to travel as projects require
 * Rail industry experience is a plus
