## About the Role

SERVPRO Team Snyder is looking for a detail-driven and organized Job File Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hourly role based entirely in-office - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced administrative setting and enjoys keeping things on track behind the scenes., * Xactimate experience is strongly preferred - candidates with this background will have a significant advantage

 * Prior experience in restoration, construction, or insurance documentation is a plus
 * Comfortable working in an office environment with administrative and clerical duties
 * Excellent attention to detail when reviewing documentation and job data
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills
 * Confident using computers and programs like Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

## Description

* Assemble job files using documentation from field technicians
 * Review job photos and notes to identify possible billing discrepancies
 * Help ensure files meet SERVPRO's Key Performance Metrics (KPMs)
 * Answer incoming phone calls and dispatch crews as needed
 * Do weekly call monitoring to make sure the team is answering the calls and responding to customers in professional manner
 * Respond to emails and route complex customer questions to project managers or department leads
 * Schedule all mitigation jobs and coordinate crew availability
 * Handle general day-to-day office responsibilities
