 * Friendly, customer-first attitude

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with Windows and macOS
 * Familiarity with common business applications and IT tools
 * Basic understanding of network configurations and protocols

## Description

We are seeking a Tier 1 Tech Support Technician to provide phone, email, and on-site technical support to our business customers. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow their IT skills while providing excellent customer service., * Provide Tier 1 technical support to business customers via phone, email, and on-site visits

 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
 * Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system checks
 * Log support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
 * Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed
 * Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
 * Educate users on preventive IT practices
