We are seeking a motivated super-geek to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a self motivator with ownership and accountability traits who doesn't mind rolling their sleeves up and getting dirty. In depth experience within the MSP world with roles/specialties in NOC, System/Backup/Network Administration, and Implementation Specialist with a focus on not only System and Network, but also Line of Business Applications., * Amazing customer service skills with the ability to communicate well over the phone

 * Positive, upbeat, and professional
 * Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
 * Must be proficient in Windows Protocols, RMM, Servers, Networking, Firewalls, and Security Protection(s)
 * Batch and/or Powershell Scripting
 * MCSE, Azure, and Office 365 Certification a plus

Applicants will demonstrate their technical abilities in a virtual environment during the interview process.

## Description

* Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
 * Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
 * Track customer issues and resolutions
 * Perform proactive and reactive services for our customers to ensure stability inline with best practices and compliance
 * Proactively reviewing customer environments and architecture to provide recommend opportunities for improvement
