Experience with endpoint management, systems administration, or workflow orchestration. Experience developing automation using PowerShell, Bash or similar scripting languages. Experience working with IT service management processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, or Request Management. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and support teams to deliver technical solutions. You will collaborate with endpoint engineering, collaboration technology, and support teams to develop scalable solutions that prevent technology issues before they impact end users. Key Responsibilities Digital Experience Engineering Lead the development and optimization of capabilities within the Nexthink platform. Design and deliver telemetry-driven solutions that provide visibility into device health, application performance, connectivity, and employee experience. Analyze endpoint data from Windows and macOS environments to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Develop automated remediation solutions that reduce manual support effort and improve user productivity. Platform Operations & Automation Create and maintain Nexthink content including investigations, remote actions, workflows, campaigns, alerts, and dashboards. Implement proactive monitoring strategies that help identify emerging technology issues before they become widespread incidents. Integrate ServiceNow with Nexthink improve data enrichment and ticket creations. Continuously evaluate opportunities to leverage automation, self-service, and engineering improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Partner with endpoint engineering, collaboration services, and support teams to solve complex technology challenges. Leverage employee feedback and endpoint telemetry to provide a comprehensive view of the digital employee experience. Contribute to technical documentation, standards, and knowledge-sharing efforts that promote sustainable platform operations.
