## About the Role

* 1+ years of hands-on web development experience - HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
 * Some experience with SQL / relational databases
 * Comfortable with core programming concepts (logic, structured code)
 * Willing and able to talk directly with customers by email, phone, and video from day one - this isn't a behind-the-screen-only role
 * Able to work in-person (this is not a remote or hybrid position)

Preferred experience but willing to train:

 * Enfocus Switch - workflow automation software specific to print production
 * Infigo - a web store platform customers use to order custom print products
 * Variable data / personalized print production processes
 * How printing, prepress, and production systems connect to the web tools you'll build, * How many years of hands-on experience do you have with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript?
 * Do you have experience working with SQL or relational databases?
 * This role involves direct communication with clients by email, phone, and video. Are you comfortable with that?
 * This position starts at $60,000/year. Does that work for your expectations?

## Description

* Build and maintain web portals and online ordering tools for customers
 * Connect web systems to internal business software (job tracking, inventory, etc.)
 * Talk directly with customers to understand what they need and troubleshoot issues
 * Help automate manual, repetitive production steps
 * Keep systems documented and running smoothly day to day
