## Description

The IT Applications Manager - AI & Data Strategy is responsible for advancing the company's use of data and artificial intelligence to improve business performance, optimize operations, and accelerate innovation. Working across business and technology teams, this position establishes the strategic direction for AI, analytics, and data capabilities while ensuring investments align with organizational priorities and business objectives. Through leadership of the AI and Data Analytics teams, the manager develops team leaders, drives cross-functional collaboration, and ensures the successful delivery and adoption of innovative solutions. By aligning people, processes, and technology, this position shapes and advances how the organization leverages AI and data to support its strategic objectives., * Develop and execute the AI and Data Strategy roadmap to support business priorities and long-term organizational objectives.

 * Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and govern AI, analytics, and data initiatives that create measurable business value and align with enterprise goals.
 * Establish the strategic direction, architecture, and governance framework for AI, analytics, and data capabilities across the enterprise.
 * Assess emerging AI and analytics trends and develop long-term capability roadmaps that support business strategy, innovation objectives, and future organizational needs.
 * Lead, coach, and develop the AI and Data Analytics Team Leads, providing strategic direction, aligning team priorities, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
 * Ensure AI and data initiatives align with business strategy, governance requirements, and enterprise architecture while driving organizational adoption, capability maturity, and change management.
