The company is hiring a Founding Software Engineer to build the AI and automation systems that power its clinical and business operations. You'll own large surface areas across product, data, infrastructure, and automation, partnering closely with Clinical Operations, Business Operations, and company leadership to identify high-value automation and ship the systems that improve care delivery.
