* Experience in IT Asset Management and Depot Operations.
 * Knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM/ITSM modules.
 * Experience with Windows and macOS provisioning.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and Mobile Device Management tools.
 * Understanding of logistics and shipping processes.
 * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Generic Managerial Skills

 * ITIL Foundation certification.
 * ServiceNow IT Asset Management certification (preferred).
 * 2-5 years of experience in device provisioning and depot operations., * High school or equivalent (Required), * Intune, Autopilot, SCCM: 1 year (Preferred)
 * Windows and macOS provisioning: 3 years (Required)
 * IT Asset Management and Depot Operations: 1 year (Required)
 * ServiceNow ITAM/ITSM : 1 year (Preferred)
