## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT systems, as well as providing technical support to our staff., * Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, and network equipment

 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by staff, including hardware, software, and network problems
 * Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to ensure optimal performance and availability
 * Perform regular backups and ensure data security and integrity
 * Manage user accounts and permissions, and provide user support and training as needed
 * Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our IT systems and processes
