* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
 * Experience managing IT projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
 * Hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
 * Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
 * Experience using Tableau for reporting and data visualization.
 * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Salesforce Administrator certification.
 * Experience working in government, healthcare, education, or human services environments.
 * Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
 * Experience managing vendors and technical consultants.

## Description

Duration: 5 Years contract Position Summary

 * Manage technology initiatives, Salesforce administration activities, reporting, and data visualization efforts.
 * Lead small-scale system enhancements and ensure successful testing and deployment of system changes.

Key Responsibilities

 * Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects and system enhancement initiatives.
 * Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform.
 * Support ongoing system maintenance and operational activities.
 * Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
