## Description

Role Overview: The Technical Architect will own solution architecture, technical delivery, and integration landscape for the CDPH SCM solution. This role involves hands-on SCM configuration, development leadership, and guiding the core implementation team., * Define end-to-end architecture for D365 SCM, Power Platform, and integration layer.

 * Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance.
 * Lead D365 SCM implementation across Warehouse Management, Inventory, and Order Management with an OOTB-first approach.
 * Manage integrations with HAMRRS, FedEx, Salesforce, FDA/EPCIS using Azure API Management and MuleSoft.
 * Drive DSCSA implementation (EPCIS, TI/TS, traceability).
 * Design barcode-driven workflows.
 * Oversee development (X++, UDE, Power Platform extensions, CI/CD governance).
 * Lead SIT/UAT/performance testing, release management, and environment setup (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod).
